SkinVision is looking for a Head of Operations to lead and scale its operational team in Amsterdam. In this hybrid role, you will set strategic direction, grow the team, and ensure consistent, audit-ready operations in a regulated environment.
What you will do
- Set strategic direction, structure, and budget for Operations
- Grow the team by hiring and coaching
- Define standards for consistent, audit-ready operations
- Consolidate operational data across functions
- Lead human-review process for accuracy
- Ensure safe, empathetic patient communication and follow-up
What you bring
- 8+ years of operations experience, including managing team leads
- Experience in regulated or safety-critical environment
- Track record of growing a function's scope
- Skilled at building business cases and presenting to leadership
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills
- Willingness to surface trade-offs between speed, cost, and safety
Nice to have
- Dutch and/or German language skills
- Experience at a Software as a Medical Device or AI-enabled device company
- Experience running human review, adjudication, or moderation operation with quality targets
- Background in care navigation, patient services, or real-world evidence generation
