About the job
Vio is looking for a Partnerships Manager to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will manage key account relationships and negotiate commercial terms with travel supply partners. You will work remotely while contributing to the company's global growth.
What you will do
- Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned accounts
- Act as primary contact for partners
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance discussions
- Monitor KPIs including revenue, margin, conversion, price competitiveness, and content quality
- Negotiate improved commercial terms, overrides, and tactical promotions
- Oversee integration health including connectivity stability, price accuracy, content completeness, and error rates
What you bring
- 3+ years of experience in travel, OTA, bedbank, wholesaler, or hotel distribution
- Strong understanding of B2B travel supply models and commercial mechanics
- Experience managing external partners and negotiating commercial agreements
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Structured, proactive, and commercially driven mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
- Experience with hotel connectivity (API/XML integrations)
- Knowledge of rate types (net rates, dynamic pricing) and rate distribution rules
- Experience working in an international environment, preferably in a remote-friendly scale-up
