About the job

Vio is looking for a Quality Platform Lead to own the quality strategy and automation platform across web, mobile, browser extensions, and internal tooling. In this remote role, you will build automated release gates, define quality telemetry, and enable product engineers to write and maintain tests.

What you will do

Own quality strategy and automation platform across web, mobile, browser extensions, internal tooling
Build automated release gates in CI/CD
Define quality telemetry for release readiness and risk
Set coding standards and patterns for test code
Retire flaky and low-value tests, focus on high-risk scenarios
Enable product engineers to write, run, and maintain tests

What you bring

Track record of building or overhauling automation platforms
Write production-grade code across app, test, and infra repos
Use AI agents effectively in own engineering workflow
Cross-platform web and mobile automation judgment
Deep CI/CD and test infrastructure experience
Translate quality risk into telemetry and decisions

Nice to have

Depth on one platform when the other is learnable
No travel or booking domain background
