Riverflex is looking for an Interim Consultant for Technology Transformation to support director-level audiences with persuasive materials and strategic analysis. You will manage workstreams and collaborate with engineering leadership on technology strategy.
What you will do
- Build finished persuasive material for director-level audiences
- Run analysis behind organisational change decisions
- Manage discrete workstreams end to end
- Gather input from engineering leadership on technology strategy
- Engage with management teams of technology directors
- Work day to day with lead consultant
What you bring
- 5-8 years experience in management consulting or in-house transformation
- Hands-on experience implementing operating model or organisational change
- Exceptional storytelling and material craft
- Strong structured analysis skills
- Technology grounding to be credible with engineering managers
- Self-directed, available at short notice as independent contractor
Nice to have
- Training from a large consultancy or professional services firm
- Retail, e-commerce, or consumer sector experience
- Dutch language skills
- Prior chief-of-staff or programme support role at director level
