Riverflex is looking for an Interim Consultant for Technology Transformation to support director-level audiences with persuasive materials and strategic analysis. You will manage workstreams and collaborate with engineering leadership on technology strategy.

Build finished persuasive material for director-level audiences
Run analysis behind organisational change decisions
Manage discrete workstreams end to end
Gather input from engineering leadership on technology strategy
Engage with management teams of technology directors
Work day to day with lead consultant

Wat je meebrengt

5-8 years experience in management consulting or in-house transformation
Hands-on experience implementing operating model or organisational change
Exceptional storytelling and material craft
Strong structured analysis skills
Technology grounding to be credible with engineering managers
Self-directed, available at short notice as independent contractor

Mooi meegenomen

Training from a large consultancy or professional services firm
Retail, e-commerce, or consumer sector experience
Dutch language skills
Prior chief-of-staff or programme support role at director level
