War Child Alliance foundation is looking for a Quality Assurance Officer & Data Analyst to ensure data quality and compliance in grant management. This hybrid role in Amsterdam focuses on monitoring, analysis, and training to support the organization's global mission.

What you will do

Monitor grants data quality and compliance with internal and external standards
Set data quality standards and advise teams on meeting them
Identify root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective actions
Conduct data analysis of grant compliance and fundraising performance
Design, develop, and roll out Power BI dashboards and reports
Create training materials and train teams on IATI publication and Rafiki

What you bring

Academic working level in a relevant field or similar experience
Proven experience in donor compliance, grant management, and quality assurance
Proven experience in data analysis and reporting including dashboards
Experience with Unit4 or comparable accounting system
Experience developing tools and delivering training
Fluency in English

Nice to have

IATI experience
Experience with institutional donors
Knowledge of budgeting or statistics
Additional languages such as Arabic, Dari, French, Spanish, or Ukrainian
