About the job
Sunrock Investments B.V. is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their team in Amsterdam. In this hybrid role, you will manage IT requests, provide hands-on user support, and oversee workplace technology. You will also administer SaaS applications, manage user access, and support technical teams with tooling and platform access.
What you will do
- Manage IT requests and issues via Jira ticketing system
- Provide hands-on support for users
- Manage laptops, software and workplace technology
- Manage users, access rights, permissions and onboarding/offboarding
- Administer SaaS applications, licenses and Intune
- Support technical teams with tooling and platform access
What you bring
- IT-related degree (MBO/HBO) or equivalent experience
- 4+ years experience in IT support, IT Operations or system administration
- Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune
- Experience with SaaS administration and identity and access management
- Strong troubleshooting skills and technical curiosity
- Hands-on, ownership-driven and service-oriented mindset with strong English communication skills
