Horizon3ai is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join their EMEA team in Amsterdam. In this hybrid role, you will provide advanced technical support to enterprise customers while collaborating with engineering, product, and sales teams.

What you will do

  • Provide advanced technical support to enterprise customers via phone, email, chat, and remote sessions
  • Diagnose and resolve customer-reported problems, perform root cause analysis
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to escalate and resolve technical challenges
  • Assist in deployment and optimization of customer environments
  • Monitor and respond to support tickets, maintain SLAs
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to training resources

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support, systems administration, or cloud operations in enterprise environment
  • Background in cybersecurity including threat detection, vulnerability management, encryption, compliance frameworks
  • Strong proficiency in Linux administration
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization technologies
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code tools

Nice to have

  • Proven experience integrating and troubleshooting APIs
  • Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog
  • Basic experience with managed database services such as Amazon RDS
  • Full-stack coding proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Go
