Fastned is looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will manage GDPR and privacy compliance, review commercial contracts, and help optimize legal processes. You will work onsite and support the company's mission of accelerating the transition to electric mobility.
What you will do
- Manage GDPR and privacy compliance
- Maintain and update internal policies
- Handle corporate housekeeping tasks
- Review and negotiate commercial contracts
- Optimize and standardize legal processes
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments
What you bring
- Master's degree in Dutch law
- At least 1 year of relevant legal experience
- Affinity with compliance and corporate law
- Fluency in English and Dutch
