About the job

As Commercial Legal Counsel (EMEA) at Bynder, you will take on a key role in shaping the company's legal landscape. Based in Amsterdam, you will negotiate SaaS contracts, provide guidance across teams, and help streamline legal processes.

Negotiate SaaS commercial contracts
Participate in vendor agreement negotiations
Provide legal guidance to Customer Success Team
Streamline legal processes and compliance
Monitor legal developments in SaaS and AI
Give legal advice across business functions

What you bring

Law degree from highly regarded university
Qualified to practice as in-house counsel in EMEA
2-4 years combined law firm or in-house experience
Excellent knowledge of civil, commercial, contract law
Native or fluent English
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills

Nice to have

Experience in SaaS industry
Fluency in Dutch or additional European language
