Sia is seeking a Manager Banking to lead consulting missions and drive business growth in the Banking sector from its Amsterdam office. This role combines hands-on consulting with team leadership and market development in both Belgium and the Netherlands.

What you will do

Lead and perform consulting missions at clients
Follow up and steer the consulting work of other consultants
Develop market share in Banking in Belgium and ensure offers fit market needs
Support business development in the Netherlands
Proactively engage in business development from Amsterdam office, including prospecting, writing proposals, and client relationship management
Coach consultants and steer consulting teams in the Banking & Insurance business line in the Netherlands

What you bring

Master's degree from a first-class university in business, engineering, economics, or similar
Fundamental insight in the Banking market
5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a consulting company in the Banking sector
Self-starting, flexible, entrepreneurial, with proven business development skills
Ability to monitor company or market trends and trigger actions
Bilingual Dutch and English, Dutch is a must
