Adyen is looking for a Manager to lead their Salesforce Integration team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will guide a team of Salesforce professionals and define the Customer Support technology strategy. You will own the Service Cloud roadmap and partner with stakeholders to communicate priorities.

- Guide Salesforce architecture and best practices
What you bring
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience with Service Cloud expertise
- 5+ years leading technical teams
- Deep platform expertise in architecture, customization, automation, integrations, security, governance
- Proven track record of coaching technical engineers and administrators
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, enterprise integrations, AI/automation
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
