Backbase is looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to own and grow the Partner Marketing Development Fund. This role drives partner-influenced pipeline through co-marketing and embeds partner motions into Backbase programmes and events.

- Own and grow Partner Marketing Development Fund
- Manage inbound and outbound MDF with allocation and reporting
- Drive partner-influenced pipeline through co-marketing
- Embed partner motions into Backbase programmes and events
- Build global partner marketing framework and tiering
- Set operating rhythm and measurement scorecard
What you bring
- 8+ years in Partner, Alliance, or Channel Marketing at Fintech or Enterprise SaaS
- Experience building a partner marketing function
- Strategic authorship of partner marketing thesis
- Commercial mindset linking co-marketing to pipeline and revenue
- Network with SI, consultancy, ISV, and fintech marketing leaders
- Global fluency across EMEA, Americas, and APAC
