About the job
Winthrop Technologies is looking for a Mechanical Construction Manager to oversee mechanical construction activities on large-scale data centre projects in Amsterdam. This role involves leading daily site operations and coordinating with various teams to ensure project success.
What you will do
- Manage all mechanical construction activities on site
- Lead daily mechanical site operations
- Ensure QA/QC processes are implemented
- Coordinate project schedules with various teams
- Manage mechanical subcontractor performance
- Issue progress reports to senior management
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Minimum 8 years experience in mechanical construction site management
- Experience managing HVAC, piping, and associated services on large projects
- Knowledge of construction sequencing and programme delivery
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Technical understanding of mechanical systems and commissioning
