As a P&O HR Partner at AniCura Group in Amsterdam, you will collaborate with area managers and clinic leaders to shape people strategies. This role focuses on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational change within a veterinary care network.
What you will do
- Partner with area managers and clinic leaders on people strategies
- Support talent management, workforce planning, and performance management
- Coach managers on leadership and people management
- Advise on organizational design and change management
- Lead employee relations cases and ensure compliance
- Use workforce data to identify trends and recommend improvements
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of HR Business Partner experience
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
- Experience coaching managers and building stakeholder relationships
- Experience supporting organizational change and transformation
- Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- Professional HR qualification such as CIPD or SHRM
