Optics11, an international scale-up based in Amsterdam, is looking for a People Operations Specialist to support its growing team. In this role, you will manage essential HR processes and ensure a smooth employee experience.
What you will do
- Manage employee records in HRIS
- Prepare contracts and official letters
- Support onboarding and offboarding
- Process residence permit and 30% ruling applications
- Handle employee inquiries via People inbox
- Assist with payroll preparation and sick leave
What you bring
- 2-4 years in HR or People Operations role
- Experience in international startup or scale-up preferred
- HBO or MBO+ education in HR or related field
- Service-oriented and approachable
- Strong organizational skills and accuracy
- Comfortable with HR systems and data
