About the job
Optics11 is looking for a Production Technician to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will manufacture products from start to finish, working with optical, mechanical, and electronic components. You will be part of a high-tech international organization with a flat structure.
What you will do
- Manufacture product from start to finish
- Assemble optical, mechanical components and electronics
- Perform mechanical and electronic calibration
- Test sub and complete systems
- Perform upgrades, debugging and repairs
- Participate in production process improvements and build prototypes
What you bring
- MBO-level working skills with strong interest in technology
- Precise and structured work style
- Technically skilled with critical thinking
- Proactive and able to provide feedback
- Good command of English in speech and writing
- Interested in occasional travel
Nice to have
- Experience with fine mechanical work or basic electronics
- Knowledge of optical fibers
