About the job

Optics11 is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead subsea and offshore projects from concept to delivery. You'll work with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to bring high-impact products to market.

What you will do

Lead multidisciplinary projects from start to delivery
Act as main contact for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
Manage offshore, subsea, or marine projects
Coordinate with R&D, engineering, production, and commercial teams
Translate technical requirements into project deliverables and timelines
Identify risks and implement mitigation plans

What you bring

MSc degree in Engineering, Physics, Offshore Engineering, Marine Technology, or related field
5–8 years of project management experience in a technical environment
Experience with offshore, subsea, or marine projects
Strong planning, budgeting, risk management, and project execution skills
Experience with multidisciplinary technical teams
Fluent English communication skills

Nice to have

Dutch language skills
