Sensorfact is looking for a Sales Development Representative Team Lead to guide and grow a team of SDRs while also managing your own prospecting efforts. This hybrid role, based in Amsterdam, focuses on the Nordics and UK/Irish markets.
What you will do
- Inspire, mentor, and develop a team of SDRs
- Own cold calling and booking demos
- Carry own quota and prospect
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback
- Monitor key metrics and review performance
- Collaborate with Account Executives on lead handovers
What you bring
- 1-2 years managing an SDR team
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Fluent in English
- Strong communicator and leader
- Results-driven
- Experience with CRM tools
