Nivoda is a fast-growing company in the diamond and jewelry industry, seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive growth across Europe. This remote role focuses on converting inbound leads and building outbound pipelines, with a strong emphasis on Italian-speaking markets.

What you will do

Work inbound leads within SLA and convert to booked demos
Build and execute outbound sequences against target retailer lists
Qualify leads on buyer type, purchase volume, intent, timeline
Book, confirm, and protect demos to reduce no-shows
Maintain CRM with logged touches and dispositioned leads
Feed learnings back on objections, messaging, and segments

What you bring

1-3 years in SaaS or tech-sales SDR/BDR role with high-volume motion
Strong phone and written communication skills
Comfortable with 60-80+ meaningful touches per day
Process-driven with CRM discipline
Coachable and resilient
Native or professional proficiency in English and Italian
