Flexport is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their Amsterdam team. In this role, you will manage complex client relationships and drive growth opportunities across global markets.

What you will do

Navigate complex client hierarchies
Meet regularly with clients to monitor account health
Identify and close upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
Monitor client financial health and payment schedules
Lead client onboarding and create standard operating procedures
Work with global counterparts in Asia, North America, and Latin America

What you bring

Fluency in English and Dutch
5+ years in supply chain operations, sales, or account management
2+ years in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain
Client-centric with strong problem-solving skills
Strong business acumen
Proven track record in cross-selling
