About the job

Flexport is looking for a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for roles across Europe. You will collaborate with business leaders and hiring teams to attract top talent in the EMEA region.

What you will do

Run full recruiting cycle for G&A, Sales, and Operations positions across Europe
Source and identify passive candidates, track data for high-ROI sources
Contribute to recruitment projects and process improvements
Collaborate with local business leaders and recruiting team
Partner with recruiting and hiring leaders to attract and close top talent
Communicate candidate pipelines and metrics to stakeholders

What you bring

3+ years full-cycle recruiting track record
In-house recruiting experience
Experience sourcing for sales, engineering, and corporate functions
Proven ability in process improvements
Experience with Greenhouse or other recruitment CRMs and LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong relationship management skills

Nice to have

Agency and in-house recruiting experience
Logistics or supply chain recruitment experience
Engineering recruitment experience
Experience recruiting in multiple European countries
