About the job
Clifford Chance is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Restructuring & Insolvency practice in Amsterdam. You will advise on complex cross-border restructurings and work with colleagues across multiple offices and practices.
What you will do
- Advise on complex cross-border restructurings
- Structure and negotiate amend-and-extend transactions
- Advise on WHOA plans and foreign restructuring schemes
- Assess insolvency, security and property law risks
- Work with colleagues across practices and offices
- Build client relationships and develop market profile
What you bring
- At least 6 years as Dutch-qualified lawyer in banking & finance
- Solid finance transaction experience
- Interest in insolvency law and goederenrecht
- Strong academic background and drafting skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Collaborative and solution-focused approach
Nice to have
- 4 to 5 years experience with right transactional background
