Clifford Chance is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Restructuring & Insolvency practice in Amsterdam. You will advise on complex cross-border restructurings and work with colleagues across multiple offices and practices.

Advise on complex cross-border restructurings
Structure and negotiate amend-and-extend transactions
Advise on WHOA plans and foreign restructuring schemes
Assess insolvency, security and property law risks
Work with colleagues across practices and offices
Build client relationships and develop market profile

Wat je meebrengt

At least 6 years as Dutch-qualified lawyer in banking & finance
Solid finance transaction experience
Interest in insolvency law and goederenrecht
Strong academic background and drafting skills
Fluent in Dutch and English
Collaborative and solution-focused approach

4 to 5 years experience with right transactional background
