Horizon3ai is looking for a Senior Channel Field Marketing Manager to drive integrated marketing strategies across the Benelux and Nordics regions. This role focuses on translating corporate campaigns into localized programs that generate pipeline and strengthen partner engagement.
What you will do
- Own and execute integrated marketing plan for Nordics and Benelux aligned to EMEA revenue priorities
- Translate corporate campaigns into localized regional programs for pipeline and partner engagement
- Develop multi-touch programs including events, webinars, direct mailers, roundtables, digital, social and ABM
- Support regional sales teams with campaign strategy, market insights, and program execution
- Build and execute partner marketing plans with resellers, distributors, MSSPs, alliances, and channel partners
- Manage lead flow, nurture alignment, conversion optimization, and follow-up with SDR and sales teams
What you bring
- 6+ years in B2B technology marketing, ideally cybersecurity
- Experienced in marketing to Nordics and Benelux region
- Strong experience in field marketing, channel/partner marketing, and demand generation
- Proven success supporting revenue teams and delivering measurable pipeline growth
- Experience with indirect routes to market including VARs, distributors, alliances, and service providers
- Fluent in English and Swedish or Dutch
Nice to have
- Understanding of cybersecurity categories such as cloud security, endpoint, identity, SOC, threat intelligence, zero trust, or managed security
- Experience with ABM strategy and enterprise account engagement
