Equinix is looking for a Senior Compliance Operations Analyst to lead Health & Safety and compliance programmes across multiple sites in Amsterdam. In this hybrid role, you will advise site leadership on safety and risk management and ensure compliance with Dutch HSE legislation and Equinix standards.
What you will do
- Lead HSE and compliance programmes across multiple sites
- Advise site leadership on safety and risk management
- Ensure compliance with Dutch HSE legislation and Equinix standards
- Plan and execute risk-based audits and inspections
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Support RI&E assessments, procedures, and management systems
What you bring
- Significant experience in HSE or compliance roles in regulated environments
- Strong knowledge of Dutch HSE legislation (Arbowet)
- Experience managing audits, inspections, and compliance programmes
- Understanding of risk assessment and incident investigation methods
- Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems
- Fluent Dutch and English
Nice to have
- Experience leading HSE improvement projects
- Experience in multinational or highly regulated organisations
- Membership of a recognised HSE professional body
