Datasnipper is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to act as a strategic partner to key stakeholders in Amsterdam. In this hybrid role, you help customers reimagine workflows and provide expert guidance tailored to their challenges.

What you will do

Conduct training sessions and business reviews

Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams

What you bring

5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar B2B SaaS role
Trusted advisor mindset
Business transformation focus
Strong sense of ownership
Collaborative spirit
Professional fluency in English and Dutch or French

Nice to have

Hands-on experience in external or internal audit or assurance
