About the job
DeepHealth is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will own data topics across products and drive actionable insights from the data lake. You will also mentor junior team members and make key technical decisions.
What you will do
- Own data topics across products
- Design and maintain reusable tooling
- Make structuring decisions on technical implementation
- Surface actionable insights from the data lake
- Drive targeting and collection of relevant data
- Mentor junior data team members
What you bring
- Master's degree in health-related or scientific field
- 5+ years experience in data management, engineering, or science
- Excellent proficiency in Python and database query languages
- Experience with BigQuery and MongoDB
- Ability to structure, document, and optimize data processes
- Knowledge of medical imaging and AI algorithm development
Nice to have
- Machine learning understanding
- Experience with medical device development
