DeepHealth is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate clinical AI initiatives in Rotterdam. In this hybrid role, you will drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
What you will do
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and track progress
- Maintain project plans, timelines, and trackers
- Facilitate communication between product, engineering, clinical, and operations teams
- Prepare status reports and materials for governance meetings
- Identify and document risks and issues
- Track regulatory and clinical deliverables
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in project or program coordination
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good understanding of project management principles
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration platforms
Nice to have
- Exposure to healthcare, health tech, or life sciences
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models
- Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, or similar tools
- Understanding of medical device development and regulatory submissions
- Experience in international or cross-cultural teams
