About the job

DeepHealth is looking for a Technical Training Specialist to design and deliver training for external customers and internal teams. You will create both instructor-led and self-paced eLearning content in a hybrid work environment.

What you will do

Plan and facilitate instructor-led system administration training for external customers
Design and produce self-paced eLearning courses using authoring tools
Develop and deliver internal technical enablement for new product releases
Create and maintain standardized training templates and style guides
Coordinate with subject matter experts to convert technical knowledge into training content
Conduct pre-training needs assessments and post-training evaluations

What you bring

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years in technical training or instructional design in a software or SaaS environment
Familiarity with medical software, specifically RIS or PACS
Strong technical knowledge of Linux, databases, MySQL, and Microsoft SQL
Experience delivering instructor-led technical training to system administrators and IT professionals
Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia

Nice to have

Experience supporting New Product Introduction or product launch training programs
Familiarity with instructional design methodologies
Background in software system administration
Certification in instructional design, eLearning development, or a relevant technical domain
Experience building internal knowledge-sharing programs or communities of practice
Multilingual skill set
