DeepHealth is looking for a Technical Services Engineer to join their team in Amsterdam. In this hybrid role, you will install and maintain AI medical imaging software at customer sites, providing technical support and troubleshooting incidents. You will also help improve deployment workflows and document system configurations.

Install and maintain AI medical imaging software at customer sites
Gather customer requirements and installation details
Provide technical support and troubleshoot incidents
Improve deployment workflows and processes
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
Document system configurations and best practices

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum 2 years of systems engineering experience
Proficiency in a scripting language like Python, PowerShell, or Bash
Solid knowledge of Linux, networking, and security
Experience with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
Fluent in English and Italian

Nice to have

5+ years of experience
Experience with DICOM standards and medical imaging workflows
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD
Knowledge of monitoring platforms and observability tools
