About the job

Horizon3ai is looking for a Commercial Account Executive to grow its business in Belgium. You will drive new customer acquisition and partner collaboration in assigned markets, working closely with internal teams and channel partners.

What you will do

Grow commercial business in assigned markets through customer engagement and partner collaboration
Create new logo momentum and build pipeline
Build and manage opportunities with good judgement and follow-through
Work with partners, distributors, MSSPs, and internal teams
Contribute to partner and territory plans
Bring market feedback into the business

What you bring

More than 4 years of closing experience in IT or cybersecurity sales
Experience in commercial or mid-market sales, ideally in multiple markets
Confidence working with partners, distributors, MSSPs, and cross-functional teams
Good commercial judgement and ability to navigate opportunities
Strong ownership, follow-through, and accountability
Native-level fluency in Dutch (Flemish preferred) and strong English

Nice to have

French language skills
