Horizon3ai is looking for a Senior Manager, Commercial Sales to lead and grow its DACH & Eastern Europe region. In this role, you will own the full commercial motion, shape regional strategy, and drive growth across priority markets.

What you will do

Lead and develop a team of Commercial sellers across multiple countries
Own the full Commercial motion in the region across partners, distributors, enablement, deal strategy, and market execution
Shape regional strategy and turn it into clear market plans, investment choices, and growth actions
Drive growth across priority markets by aligning partner activity, local market plans, and cross-functional execution
Build strong relationships with senior leaders across partner organizations, distributors, channel team, and MSSP team
Travel extensively across the region to build market presence and support execution

What you bring

Experienced leader who has built a region and driven growth in a fast-paced organization
Comfortable operating across markets with different levels of maturity
Experience working in hypergrowth is strongly preferred
Strong leadership values, good judgement, and credibility across diverse markets and stakeholders
Established network across partners, distributors, and the regional ecosystem
Native German speaker with excellent English
