About the job

Horizon3ai is looking for a Commercial Account Executive, DACH to drive business growth in the DACH region. You will build new customer relationships and manage opportunities in a hybrid work environment based in Amsterdam.

What you will do

Grow commercial business in assigned markets
Create new logo momentum and build pipeline
Build and manage opportunities
Work with partners, distributors, and internal teams
Contribute to partner and territory plans
Bring market feedback into the business

What you bring

More than 4 years of closing experience in IT or cybersecurity sales
Experience in commercial or mid-market sales
Confidence working with partners and cross-functional teams
Good commercial judgement
Strong ownership and follow-through
Native-level German and strong English
