Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Amsterdam. In this hybrid role, you will provide strategic legal support to the business and regional leadership.
What you will do
- Strategize contracting mechanisms with business stakeholders
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements
- Develop and maintain standard contracting templates
- Support delivery of Legal Strategy within the region
- Provide legal advice to Regional Country Board and Management team
- Monitor and advise on changes in legislation and regulatory requirements
What you bring
- Qualified Solicitor or Attorney with current practising certificate
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- 8-10 years post-qualification experience in in-house legal roles within global organisations
- Experience in Corporate and Commercial law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance
- Advanced negotiation skills for high-stakes contracts and dispute settlements
- Proficiency in legal research

- Experience in construction law
