About the job

Datasnipper is looking for a Senior Product Designer (UI) to lead visual and UX improvements across key product areas. You will evolve the design system, define UI/UX standards, and collaborate with AI and Frontend teams on AI-generated UI. This hybrid role is based in Amsterdam with at least 3 days onsite.

What you will do

Lead visual and UX improvements across key product areas
Evolve the design system with components, patterns, tokens, and guidelines
Define and document UI/UX standards
Rapidly prototype to explore solutions and align stakeholders
Collaborate with AI and Frontend teams on AI-generated UI
Partner with UX designers on research and usability tests

What you bring

Strong portfolio showing UI craft and design system ownership
5+ years of B2B SaaS product design experience
Advanced Figma proficiency with component and system thinking
Comfort with AI-assisted prototyping tools
High ownership mindset
Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Nice to have

Familiarity with audit, finance, or regulated enterprise workflows
