About the job

Dash0 is looking for a Senior Product Engineer to help build and evolve Darkplane, its agentic platform. In this role, you'll work with TypeScript/Node.js and Go, focusing on safely running untrusted code and shaping how AI is adopted in the software development lifecycle. You'll partner closely with AI engineers and make product decisions based on direct customer insights.

What you will do

Build and evolve Darkplane, primarily using TypeScript/Node.js, with Go for control-plane and analytics services
Design and harden how untrusted code is run and how customers adopt AI in the SDLC safely
Partner with AI engineers to make agentic workflows reliable and fast in production
Shape the developer experience of agentic engineering, including workflows, feedback loops, and guardrails
Make product decisions by talking to customers and understanding their adoption of agentic workflows
Co-own stability by finding technical risk early and keeping observability signals strong

What you bring

Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and Go, or ability to quickly pick them up using coding agents
Strong grasp of distributed systems and production reliability
Sound data-modeling instincts across relational (Postgres) and analytical (ClickHouse or similar) stores
Experience building or operating agentic AI systems, LLM pipelines, or code sandbox environments
Proven experience owning and ideating end-to-end on the product, including frontend development
Curiosity about customers and how engineering teams work, with product decisions based on that understanding

Nice to have

Familiarity with the OpenTelemetry ecosystem or observability tooling
Experience building analytical and experimentation platforms
Comfortable mentoring more junior co-workers
