About the job

Dash0 is seeking a Commercial Solutions Engineer to design observability solutions using OpenTelemetry and Kubernetes. In this role, you will translate customer requirements into Dash0 implementations and collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle.

What you will do

Design observability solutions with OpenTelemetry and Kubernetes
Translate customer requirements into Dash0 implementations
Develop and execute Proofs of Concept
Deliver technical demos and presentations
Collaborate with Account Executives in sales cycle
Create reusable demo environments and reference architectures

What you bring

Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, and distributed tracing
Hands-on experience with instrumentation and telemetry data ingestion
Understanding of DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering
Excellent communication skills for technical concepts
Ability to create technical demos and POCs
Collaborative across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams

Nice to have

Experience with HubSpot CRM
Contributions to technical content like blog posts or talks
Familiarity with CNCF ecosystem
Experience in a high-growth startup environment
