About the job
Mollie is looking for a Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will build a scalable compliance framework and ensure the organization meets evolving European regulatory standards.
What you will do
- Build scalable compliance framework for AML/CFT, sanctions, and governance
- Translate PSD2/3, AMLD6, and EBA Guidelines into policies and controls
- Conduct proactive risk assessments and thematic reviews
- Embed compliance into product development lifecycles
- Prepare regulatory reporting and senior management deliverables
- Mentor and manage junior and mid-level compliance officers
What you bring
- 7+ years compliance experience in regulated financial institution
- Hands-on knowledge of European regulatory frameworks including PSD2, AMLD, EBA Guidelines, MiCAR
- Experience in financial crime and regulatory compliance advisory
- Ability to translate complex regulations into practical solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of mentoring or managing junior compliance professionals
