Mollie is looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Business Partner to own end-to-end hiring for Engineering roles on a 1-year fixed-term contract. You will build partnerships with stakeholders and shape hiring strategy to drive structured tech recruitment.

What you will do

Own end-to-end hiring for Engineering roles from intake to offer
Build partnerships with Engineering stakeholders to shape hiring strategy
Bring structure to tech intake, calibration, and pipeline planning
Identify and fix process or alignment gaps in tech hiring
Take ownership of larger tech hiring projects currently with leadership
Contribute to AI-enabled recruiting practice and market intelligence

What you bring

5+ years recruiting experience with strong focus on tech hiring
Ability to engage and influence Engineering stakeholders
Experience owning complex tech searches end-to-end
Strong sense of ownership and independent drive
Comfort using recruiting data and market insights
Track record of improving execution in ambiguous environments
