Mollie is looking for a Service Desk Technician to join their team in Amsterdam. In this hybrid role, you will provide first-line IT support and help maintain a smooth digital workplace for colleagues.

What you will do

Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues across networking, hardware, software and related services
Support colleagues on Apple devices
Act as first line of support and escalate when needed
Facilitate employee onboarding
Contribute to projects and service improvements

What you bring

2 to 4 years of service desk experience
Customer-first mindset
Strong troubleshooting skills
Experience with Google Workspace and Slack
Experience with Jira or similar service management tool
Ability to work independently and prioritise workload
