Datasnipper is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to own the Agent Runtime, the core platform powering intelligent automation. You will define the architecture and drive non-functional requirements to ensure reliability, latency, and cost efficiency. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and go-to-market, shaping how agents operate at scale.

What you will do

Define agent runtime architecture
Own non-functional requirements like latency, reliability, cost, and observability
Create and run product evals for agent accuracy and reliability
Manage model selection, swaps, and cost/performance trade-offs
Track market trends and evangelize the runtime internally and externally
Partner cross-functionally with engineering and go-to-market teams

What you bring

4+ years in product management with 2+ years on technical/platform products
Deep understanding of LLM-based systems and agent architectures
Background in distributed systems or infrastructure
Treats non-functional requirements as a first-class product surface
Hands-on experience creating and running evals for agent accuracy and reliability
Fluency in model operations and token cost/performance optimization

Nice to have

Former software engineer, ML engineer, or data scientist who moved into product
Public point of view on AI/agents through writing, talks, or OSS
Experience in audit, accounting, or financial services
