Polarsteps is looking for a Product Manager to own the Social & Follower experience end-to-end. In this role, you will drive growth for MAU, sharing rates, and social engagement by designing and running experiments to validate ideas. You'll collaborate with Growth & Marketing on acquisition and retention, translating complex problems into testable stories while celebrating incremental progress.

What you bring
- 3–5 years of PM experience, ideally in a Growth PM role
- Data fluent, able to move from hypothesis to experiment to decision
- Solid understanding of UX/UI for app product growth
- Experience with app-first B2C consumer products
- Growth and marketing mindset, understanding funnels and loops
- Humble, collaborative, energized by team wins
Nice to have
- Experience with social or community features, or products where sharing is core
