Kraft Heinz is looking for a Supply Chain Development Manager for its AFH (Away From Home) segment in Amsterdam. In this role, you will lead a team of project managers and drive high-impact supply chain projects, while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders.

What you will do

Lead and manage a team of 2 project managers
Deliver high complexity projects and oversee direct reports' projects
Cultivate relationships with stakeholders including Head of AFH and senior leadership
Report project progress and KPIs to Growth LT and stakeholders
Represent supply chain in AFH topics and ensure project feasibility
Align team efforts with AFH Pod strategy and facilitate collaboration

What you bring

Bachelor or Master degree
Minimum 5 years managing teams in supply chain functions
Experience in project management and operations (factory, logistics, or planning)
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Solid experience managing indirect teams
Strong business acumen and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Nice to have

EU Working Permit (excluding Orientation Year Visa)
Third language besides English
