WeAreKeen is looking for a Senior Tech Talent Partner to drive strategic recruiting for global clients. You will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to optimize hiring processes. This hybrid role in Amsterdam offers exposure to innovative companies like Adyen and BOL.

What you will do

Execute strategic recruiting plans
Work with hiring managers to understand needs
Manage recruitment process stages
Post jobs, source, screen, interview, negotiate, assist in selection and offer
Collaborate with HR team to optimize hiring processes
Track recruiting metrics and report performance

What you bring

5 years of tech recruitment experience
Understanding of technology roles in Machine Learning, AI, Data Science, Product
Proficient in sourcing using boolean and x-ray search techniques
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Collaborative with recruitment teams and data presentation skills
