About the job

Metyis AG is looking for a Technology Platform & Service Delivery Director to manage end-to-end technology service delivery in a Global Business Services environment. You will oversee integrated technology services across internal teams and vendors, ensuring SLA compliance and driving continuous improvement.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end technology service delivery in GBS environment
  • Oversee integrated technology services across internal teams and vendors
  • Lead operational delivery and improvement of enterprise platforms
  • Manage IT service management processes and SLA compliance
  • Act as primary operational interface for client stakeholders
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives

What you bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 12-15 years experience in technology service delivery or IT operations
  • Strong experience with ITIL-based service management
  • Proven track record managing SLA-driven technology operations
  • Experience with enterprise platforms or digital/e-commerce environments
  • Fluent English

Nice to have

  • Experience in Global Business Services or Global Capability Centers
  • Experience with e-commerce, CRM, ERP, or cloud-native applications
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, Adobe Commerce, or similar platforms
  • Experience managing multi-vendor environments
  • Additional languages
