Metyis AG is looking for a Technology Platform & Service Delivery Director to manage end-to-end technology service delivery in a Global Business Services environment. You will oversee integrated technology services across internal teams and vendors, ensuring SLA compliance and driving continuous improvement.

Manage end-to-end technology service delivery in GBS environment
Oversee integrated technology services across internal teams and vendors
Lead operational delivery and improvement of enterprise platforms
Manage IT service management processes and SLA compliance
Act as primary operational interface for client stakeholders
Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives

Wat je meebrengt

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
12-15 years experience in technology service delivery or IT operations
Strong experience with ITIL-based service management
Proven track record managing SLA-driven technology operations
Experience with enterprise platforms or digital/e-commerce environments
Fluent English

Mooi meegenomen

Experience in Global Business Services or Global Capability Centers
Experience with e-commerce, CRM, ERP, or cloud-native applications
Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, Adobe Commerce, or similar platforms
Experience managing multi-vendor environments
