Mollie is seeking a Treasury Manager (ALM) to join their Amsterdam team. This role focuses on building and enhancing the company's liquidity risk framework, interest rate risk management, and balance sheet strategy. You will be instrumental in developing policies and models that meet regulatory standards while supporting senior leadership with critical financial analysis.

What you will do

Build liquidity risk framework including ILAAP, LCR/NSFR monitoring, and stress testing
Develop approach to interest rate risk and credit spread risk in banking book
Design funding and balance sheet strategy
Create Contingency Funding Plan and early-warning indicators
Produce policies, methodologies, and models for regulatory scrutiny
Support senior leadership with analysis and recommendations

What you bring

Around 5+ years in Treasury, ALM, or balance sheet risk management
Solid knowledge of liquidity risk or interest rate risk in banking book
Comfort building models and frameworks from scratch
Strong quantitative and financial modelling skills
Ability to explain complex topics to non-specialists
Curiosity about using AI to improve efficiency
