Sia is looking for a Vulnerability & Patch Management (Associate) Manager to lead their security operations in Amsterdam. In this hybrid role, you will drive risk-based vulnerability prioritization and oversee patch management processes across infrastructure, DevOps, and cloud teams.

What you will do

Operate and optimize vulnerability and patch platform
Lead risk-based prioritization of vulnerabilities
Design and oversee patch management processes
Track remediation SLAs and report on risk exposure
Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, and cloud teams
Maintain awareness of emerging threats and CVEs

What you bring

6-10 years of cybersecurity experience
Hands-on expertise with Tenable One platform
Solid understanding of operating systems and networking
Strong analytical and communication skills
English and Dutch communication skills

Nice to have

ISO 27001 knowledge or certification
Google Cloud Platform certifications
Experience in critical infrastructure or regulated sectors
