About the job

Flink is looking for a Branch Manager to lead and optimize hub operations in Arnhem. In this role, you will manage a team of shift leads and ensure a high customer experience through efficient order processing.

What you will do

• Manage and optimize hub operations including picking, packing, and delivery
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 3-5 shift leads
• Ensure high customer experience and on-time order processing
• Recruit, onboard, and train new pickers and riders
• Manage scheduling for pickers, riders, and shift leads
• Foster a motivating and collaborative team environment

What you bring

• At least 3 years of operational experience with process optimization and team management
• Experience managing a team with coaching and feedback skills
• Strong process optimization and structured approach
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Team-oriented and collaborative
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
